Made of polymer clay, Miz Lucie has tacks for her eyes and mouth and is dressed in the latest fashion colors. Her scarf is hand tied from eyelash yarns. Her fluffy feather hat will keep her warm through the long winter days to come. Miz Lucie is leaving sunny Florida and traveling to California.
